Feature 1. Machine control techniques from PID control to advanced control
We have a lot of experiences of feedback control represented by PID control and ladder sequence program of programmable logic controller (PLC).
We are good at such advanced control represented by a bipedal humanoid robot control.
We embed the walking control method called Zero Moment Point (ZMP) into the controller of a humanoid robot.
The motion controller measures the rotation angle of the servo motor using position sensor, calculates balance control in software, and outputs command to over twenty servo motors in 100 cycles per second.
Feature 2. System design techniques in balance of hardware and software, with high reliability
We have system design techniques in balance of hardware and software, with high reliability to realize various types of control systems. We can develop control system in total: mechanical design and manufacturing, electronic board, embedded software (Renesas SH2, ARM Cortex-M3(STM32)), and PC software (Windows, Linux), and control system tuning.
Feature 3. New product development capabilities based on experience of challenging new humanoid robots
We have been developed humanoid robot as a pioneer. We developed two meter tall humanoid robot in 2009 and now developing a giant robot with a built cockpit. In addition to theoretical calculations and simulations and we has tested the motor and the robot parts. We produced the motor test machine for the motor test, in case that it was necessary.

We can develop your machine control system from design to manufacturing. We are making the best design using a variety of materials and production equipment, from small system to large system. In our collaboration group, there are professionals of material; metal such as steel and aluminum, plastic, fiber reinforced plastic FRP, carbon fiber reinforced plastic CFRP, and polyurethane foam rubber, respectively. We have manufacturing facilities from lathes and milling machines, machining centers, laser cutting machines, and water jet cutters.
